Description
- Manage and coordinate the schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and chairman.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team.
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Familiarity with the property industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Can commute to Edgbaston, Birmingham.
