The firm places real emphasis on collaboration, innovation and practical excellence, and invests meaningfully in knowledge, technology and its people.

  • Apply product thinking to KM solutions, including roadmaps, user testing, feedback loops and usage analytics
  • Promote collaboration, reuse and innovation within the regulatory team
  • Work closely with PSLs and Knowledge Managers across the firm to support cross-practice initiatives and shared KM standards

  • Strong grounding in knowledge management principles (curation, taxonomy, governance)
  • Hands-on interest in AI-enabled legal tools and their interaction with curated content
  • Experience with templates, precedents, workflows and digital KM platforms
  • Product-focused mindset with experience of iterative development and evaluation
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills

Personal attributes

  • A genuinely strategic Knowledge Manager role with real influence over how knowledge, AI and innovation are used in practice
  • Part-time working (3 days per week) with flexibility considered, supporting long-term sustainability and work-life balance
  • Close collaboration with senior lawyers, PSLs and innovation leaders, offering strong visibility and engagement across the firm
  • Meaningful exposure to AI and legal tech initiatives, including pilots, tooling and product-led KM solutions
  • Scope to shape and build knowledge products rather than simply maintain existing materials
  • Supportive, collegiate culture that values collaboration, curiosity and practical innovation
  • Opportunity to develop a niche KM/innovation profile within a high quality regulatory practice
  • Competitive remuneration and benefits aligned to experience
