Description
- Partner with the regulatory legal team and central Knowledge & Innovation function to identify needs and deliver new knowledge products and services
- Curate, maintain and improve high-quality know-how, including precedents, playbooks, workflows and automated content
- Enhance and optimise AI and knowledge tools by:
- Designing and refining prompts
- Improving search and usability through metadata and taxonomy
- Supporting document automation initiatives
- Contribute to AI pilots and adoption projects, ensuring tools complement legal expertise rather than replace it
- Apply product thinking to KM solutions, including roadmaps, user testing, feedback loops and usage analytics
- Promote collaboration, reuse and innovation within the regulatory team
- Work closely with PSLs and Knowledge Managers across the firm to support cross-practice initiatives and shared KM standards
Profile
Essential
- Experience in a law firm environment, ideally with exposure to regulation or regulatory-focused knowledge work
- Strong grounding in knowledge management principles (curation, taxonomy, governance)
- Hands-on interest in AI-enabled legal tools and their interaction with curated content
- Experience with templates, precedents, workflows and digital KM platforms
- Product-focused mindset with experience of iterative development and evaluation
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
