An exciting opportunity to join a world-class visitor attraction and venue at the heart of Belfast's iconic Titanic Quarter.

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager - Business & Leisure to lead a high-performing sales team and drive growth across domestic, national and international markets.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who enjoys building strategic relationships, motivating teams, and delivering strong commercial results in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Business Opportunities, you will:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the Business & Leisure Sales team, ensuring delivery against visitor numbers, revenue targets and KPIs
  • Build and nurture key business and leisure client relationships to support sustainable commercial growth
  • Identify and develop new sales and partnership opportunities aligned to organisational strategy
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end guest experience, from initial enquiry through to site visits
  • Engage with tourism agencies and industry partners across local, national and international markets
  • Monitor market trends, insights and opportunities to inform future sales strategies

About You

You will be:

  • An experienced sales or commercial leader with a proven track record of driving results
  • Skilled in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Target-driven, commercially astute and highly organised
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in tourism, hospitality, leisure, venues or events (desirable, not essential)
