Job Description

Personal Assistant There is a task to move paper files to electronic plus support with general HR and Payroll tasks as required.

Personal Assistant Ideally experience working in a confidential area, this role requires ability to move boxes, some of which are in a cellar area and scan to relevant personal folders splitting out and allocating electronic removal dates as required.

Personal Assistant IT literate using Word, Excel, Outlook and HR systems.
