Production Operative (Nightshift)

Nightshift Manufacturing Operator - Join Our Team in Perth!

Location: Perth

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 20:30-07:00 (10-hour shifts)

Pay: 17.82 /hour + overtime available

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: 6 months (with potential to extend and for Permanent Employment)

• Following clear instructions to run production processes smoothly
• Packing, labelling, and inspecting products with care and precision
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized
• Wearing full PPE (cleanroom suit, gloves, safety boots, mask, etc.)
• Using basic tools and equipment (don't worry-we'll show you how!)
• Helping the team hit daily production goals

• Previous manufacturing experience is a big plus
• Experience working in a cleanroom? Even better!
• A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves
• Someone who can follow instructions and stay focused
• Physically fit - able to lift up to 50lbs and stay on your feet
• Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) are helpful

• Overtime available
• Great team atmosphere
• PPE provided (except safety boots - you'll need your own)

This is a nightshift role in a cleanroom environment, so you'll need to wear full protective gear and follow strict hygiene rules (no makeup or jewellery allowed). Safety and quality are top priorities!
