We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support our operational functions. The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent customer service skills and experience coordinating bookings on internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations team
- Book containers onto the system in line with operational requirements
- Liaise with customers to confirm bookings, provide updates, and resolve queries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems and spreadsheets
- Coordinate with transport providers, depots, and internal departments
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures
- Monitor workloads and flag any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders
- Support general office administration duties as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Strong customer service background with confident communication skills
- Experience booking jobs, containers, or orders onto internal systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations or logistics environment
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
