Senior Legal Counsel

Excellent opporrunity for a commercial contracts lawyer to join this dynamic and fast-growing business operating in the clean energy space.

This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with experience of working on commercial contracts, ideally from an energy, hard tech or infrastructure background to join this fast-growing business on a permanent basis.

A snapshot of your duties are included below:

• Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, assessing value, complexity and risk
• Identify and mitigate risks, providing guidance on compliance issues and contracting strategies
• Draft, review, and negotiate varying contract terms and conditions (NDAs, collaborations, licences, supply contracts, subcontracts, and others)
• Ensure compliance with company standards, helping internal clients understand legal and contract requirements
• Manage the contracting process in line with company policies, follow approval protocols and highlight risks related to applicable laws and regulations
• Lead or support negotiations, securing legally sound contracts across a global client base
