Commercial Pre Con Manager / Residential - Kent / London

I am currently recruiting for a Pre-Construction Manager for a main contractor based in Kent to work on projects within Residential, Public Sector & Commercial projects in London and the home counties.

Key duties will be -

• Strong ability to review drawings and carry out detailed material take-offs
• Putting together subcontractor packages ready for tender
• Supporting procurement - identifying, scheduling, and organising materials ahead of time
• Producing procurement and material delivery schedules to ensure everything lands on time in line with programme
• Good all-round construction knowledge (particularly residential / refurb)
• Proficient in Bluebeam Revu for take-offs

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate with the position looking to start ASAP.
