Bromley - TM - Safeguarding Team (West) - £45.20 p/h Umb

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Safeguarding Team (West) for Bromley Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing and supervising a team of Social Workers and Senior Practitioners within a busy safeguarding service.
Overseeing complex child protection and safeguarding cases, ensuring appropriate risk management and intervention.
Providing high-quality supervision, support, and performance management to staff.
Ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities, legislation, and local safeguarding procedures.
Driving service performance and ensuring the delivery of positive outcomes for children and families.
Working closely with multi-agency partners to deliver coordinated safeguarding responses.
Contributing to service development and maintaining best practice standards across the team.

Working Pattern:
Hybrid working

Pay Rate:
45.20 p/h Umbrella

Essential Requirements:
Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
Significant experience within Safeguarding/Child Protection services
Experience in a managerial or supervisory role
Social Work England Registration
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
