Hours: 30 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our Children s Centre team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children s development and working closely with families in a community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging activities
• Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and professionals to support each child s needs
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
• Observe, assess, and record children s progress

Requirements

• Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above preferred)
• Experience working with children aged 0 5 years
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• A caring, proactive, and reliable approach
