Job Description

Contracts Administrator / Data and reporting officer / Excel reporting and Administration / Data entry and reporting

  • Must have good Excel skills (Pivot tables, look ups, reporting)
  • Must have a good attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable calling/speaking with service and support providers to gather data/information
  • Fixed Term Contract initially until January 2027. Then likely extension to August 2027 and then once contract renews could extend for a further 5 years
  • Central Birmingham office - Hybrid Working (2 days office-based: Monday & Wednesday)
  • Salary: £26,753 per annum
  • 35 hours per week

We're looking for a Contracts Administrator to join a busy and rewarding team supporting essential services across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, excellent Excel knowledge, and a passion for making a difference behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and maintaining contract and service data across multiple systems
  • Using Excel daily (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
  • Liaising with support services and stakeholders to gather accurate information
  • Ensuring records are updated, compliant, and audit-ready
  • Producing reports and supporting service delivery through accurate administration
  • Working with high levels of confidentiality and attention to detail

What we're looking for:

  • Strong administration and data entry experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships with internal and external services
  • Someone proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience working in support services, safeguarding, welfare, housing, charity, healthcare, or other trauma-informed environments
  • Understanding of working with vulnerable individuals or sensitive case information
