PA / Project Coordinator
- Job Type: Temporary, Part-time (14.5 to 21.75 hours per week)

- Duration: Up to 12 weeks
We are seeking a PA / Project Coordinator to provide efficient, high-quality administrative and coordination services to our research team. This role is ideal for someone with proven PA experience and strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint. The successful candidate will support operational, research, and development activities, ensuring the timely delivery of project outputs and operational priorities.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, outputs, and reporting requirements across the research programme.
- Maintain oversight of key deadlines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for project-related queries.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners, including funders and collaborators.
- Monitor project finances and support budget management processes.
- Assist in financial reporting and compliance with funder requirements.
- Coordinate administrative processes relating to recruitment, onboarding, and researcher support.
- Contribute to developing and improving administrative systems and processes.
- Coordinate events, workshops, meetings, and outreach activities.
- Support dissemination activities including website, social media, and publications.
- Support preparation of reports, grant applications, and documentation.
- Assist with data collation, analysis, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven PA experience and confidence in supporting a busy team and senior stakeholders.
- Competent with MS Office, including PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
