Macildowie are working with this highly respected, well-established, and market-leading client based in Nottinghamshire, Long Eaton to recruit a permanent Advertising Telesales Coordinator with excellent bonus/commission potential.
They are now looking to add to their established sales team with someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and understands that resilience is often the difference between average and high performance.
This is a fully office-based opportunity working Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm (32.5 hours per week). The role offers a National Minimum Wage basic salary, designed to keep targets realistic and achievable, alongside a highly accessible bonus structure with multiple ways to increase earnings through individual performance, call activity, and team success (six different ways to earn bonuses/commission).
The Role
You will be responsible for contacting prospective clients to discuss advertising opportunities across a portfolio of established publications. Using warm data, market intelligence and targeted lead lists, you will engage businesses that are well suited to the audience of each title.
This is a consultative outbound sales role where consistency, follow-up and relationship building are key. Responsibilities are as follows:
