Commercial Coordinator

- Hours: Mon-Thu 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4:30pm (35 hours per week)

Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Carry out a range of commercial administrative tasks, including data creation and management using ERP and CRM systems.
- Provide hands-on support with business tenders, proposals, contract expansions, and pricing reviews.
- Assist the Commercial Team in nurturing existing client relationships and supporting new business acquisition.
- Handle commercial enquiries, arrange client meetings, and assist with query resolution.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including features, specifications, and commercial data, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
- Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support client aftercare, ensuring outstanding service delivery following meetings, proposals, or interactions.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows when required.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and strong accuracy standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business processes.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Minimum Level 2/3 in Business Administration (or equivalent).
- At least five years' experience in a similar commercial or administrative role.
