The Role: Deputy Service Manager
As Deputy Service Manager, you will support the Service Manager in the operational running of a medium-support service, ensuring safeguarding, quality, consistency and positive outcomes for residents.
You'll play a key part in team leadership, service delivery, crisis management, and creating a psychologically informed environment where young people can gain confidence, life skills, and independence.
