Location: Bridport (Postcode - DT6)
Pay Rate: 22/hourly
Role Overview:
RG Setsquare is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Groundworker to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades person to contribute to high-quality work and projects in a supportive, safety-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digging trenches, foundations, and other necessary excavation works.
- Preparing ground for the construction of roads, pavements, and driveways.
- Using rollers, vibrators, or other equipment to compact soil and gravel to increase stability.
- Following strict safety guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) like helmets, gloves, and high-visibility clothing.
Requirements:
- Prior groundworker experience and valid Dumper-roller and CSCS required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
