Reception Administrator

We are currently seeking a receptionist to join a fast-paced team in Cardiff. This role will provide essential reception and administrative support to staff within a bustling office environment. The postholder will be the first point of contact for visitors and professionals and will support the wider team with a range of clerical and administrative duties.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide reception cover during office opening hours.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing enquiries both face-to-face and by telephone.
- Record and update information on internal systems and maintain spreadsheets as required.
- Undertake general administrative duties such as handling post, scanning, filing and photocopying.
- Support with booking travel and accommodation when needed.
Essential skills and experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence using standard office software, including spreadsheets and database systems.
- A well-organised approach with good attention to detail.
