US Tax Manager

A well-regarded boutique US tax advisory practice is seeking an experienced US Tax Manager to join its growing Private Private Client US/UK Tax team.

This role is ideal for a US tax professional who enjoys working closely with clients, values technical depth, and prefers a high-quality boutique environment over a high-volume or heavily siloed structure.

You will manage a varied and technically engaging private client portfolio, working closely with Partners on complex advisory and compliance matters, including:

• High-net-worth individuals and families
• US expatriates and internationally mobile clients
• Entrepreneurs, founders, and owner-managed businesses
• Trusts, estates, and associated planning work
• US inbound and outbound individual tax issues

• Manage end-to-end US individual tax compliance and advisory engagements
• Review complex individual, trust, and estate tax returns
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to process improvement and best-practice development
• Assist Partners with technical analysis, planning, and ad-hoc advisory work

• US tax qualified (CPA, EA, or equivalent)
• Strong experience in US private client / individual tax
• Comfortable handling complex HNW and cross-border matters
• Background in a boutique or mid-tier firm preferred (Big Four also considered)
• Confident communicator with a client-centric mindset
• Interested in long-term progression within a close-knit practice
