Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging History and Geography lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and managed classroom environment.
• Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending in-service education.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school training events, and fully engage with the school community.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Proven experience as a History and Geography Teacher.
• Strong understanding of the UK curriculum for History and Geography.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
