Site Manager - 132kV Substation (Snagging Phase)Location: UK (Tier 1 Contractor)Start Date: Tuesday 5th MayDuration: 8-10 weeks with potential follow-on workRate: £350-£375 per day (Umbrella Paye or payee direct only)The RoleA Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee snagging works on a new-build 132kV substation. You'll take ownership of quality, safety, and coordination during the final delivery phase, ensuring all outstanding works are closed out efficiently and to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage snagging activities on a 132kV substation project
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and client representatives
• Ensure all works meet compliance, quality, and safety requirements
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting
• Drive completion within programme timelines

Requirements

• SMSTS (essential)
• NSWRA (highly desirable)
• Proven experience on HV / substation projects
• Strong snagging and quality-management background
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high standards

Hours

• 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
