You will be in full control of the award winning 1aa Rosette restaurant all menus will be created by yourself and the team. You have a full Time and Part Time Breakfast Chef so you don t need to worry about Breakfast. You will inherit a strong Sous Chef, CDP, Demi CDP, Commis and 3 full time Kp s.
