A Chef de Partie is required for a 1aa Rosette hotel that has live in accommodation based in a town this is not in the middle of nowhere you have a train station, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarket etc all walking distance away.

This hotel is well regarded and currently holds 1aa rosette the restaurant itself does upto 60 covers, there is also afternoon tea on offer, private dining available but no weddings.
