Job Description
Robert Half is recruiting for an Interim Group Risk Vendor Management Consultant to support a major vendor risk and governance project for a leading international organisation. This is a primarily remote role, ideal for an experienced consultant with a strong background in vendor management, third-party risk, policy review, data reconciliation, and contract standardisation.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile and cleanse vendor and contract data across InfoPulse, ServiceNow and Aderant
- Identify missing contracts and classify critical/material vendors
- Support migration of vendor data into a centralised repository
- Review and simplify the existing Group Vendor Management Policy
- Develop high-level risk classification assessments and detailed vendor risk questionnaires
- Create a standardised baseline vendor agreement using AI tools
- Produce guidance on preferred, negotiable and non-negotiable contract positions
- Test contract risk methodology against existing agreements
- Support the development of a draft Business Requirements Document for a future vendor risk management solution
- Proven experience in vendor management, third-party risk, supplier risk or operational risk
- Strong skills in policy drafting, risk assessments, data remediation and governance
- Experience with ServiceNow and ideally exposure to InfoPulse and Aderant
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced interim environment
