We re recruiting on behalf of a beautiful hotel and brasserie, for a Chef de Partie to join a busy, fresh food kitchen.

- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
- Work with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced produce
- Support and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation standards
- Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
- Passion for fresh food and seasonal ingredients
- Strong organisation and ability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and develop within a structured kitchen
