Job Description

We re recruiting on behalf of a beautiful hotel and brasserie, for a Chef de Partie to join a busy, fresh food kitchen.

Responsibilities as Chef de Partie
  • Run your own section during service
  • Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
  • Work with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced produce
  • Support and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation standards
  • Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service
What We re Looking For
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
  • Passion for fresh food and seasonal ingredients
  • Strong organisation and ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team-focused approach
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a structured kitchen
