Hours Monday - Friday
Salary £26-30,000 per annum depending on experience
Duties Include
First point of contact for visitors and deliveries.
Meet and greet
Handling incoming calls, taking messages where necessary
Meeting room coordination
Order management of office and kitchen supplies
Post management
Supporting the wider team with admin-based duties
Skills and Experience
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask

Onsite parking and close to public transport
