Children's Home Registered Manager (4-Bed Home)
Location: South Yorkshire within easy reach of Sheffield
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: Up to £62,000 (inclusive of performance-related bonuses)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a newly established 4-bed children's home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a service from an early stage, shaping the culture, building a team, and driving positive outcomes for young people.
The organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, therapeutic care, with a strong focus on developing resilience, promoting independence, and supporting young people in their transition into adulthood.
Purpose of the Role
The Registered Manager will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality care.
You will lead and develop a staff team, ensuring that all practice is aligned with current legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice standards, while promoting the rights and wellbeing of young people at all times.
