We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to join a growing leasing team. You will be working in a fast paced environment, handling both car and commercial van vehicle leasing enquiries and turning them into successful deals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound vehicle leasing enquiries build great relationships with clients from the outset.
- Use your product knowledge to advise customers and understand their needs, then close deals with a partner style approach to service.
- Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, marketing campaigns and data analysis you will be actively growing the pipeline, not just reacting to it.
- Work closely with sales support and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Use our CRM and data platforms confidently.
- Keep up-to-date with industry/legislative developments and embrace tech to enhance productivity.
- Contribute to the team, pitch in where needed and maintain a positive, collaborative culture.
About You
- Ideally previous vehicle leasing experience or similar sales experience in a regulated industry like finance.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to win business.
- Tenacious, energetic and always aiming to outperform the competition.
- You're customer centric, friendly, and able to deliver top tier service.
- Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, with business and private clients.
- You've an interest in vehicles and the automotive industry.
