We are proud to be working on behalf of a reputable law firm based in Colchester, who are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing title reports, identifying residential legal and title issues
• Undertaking property due diligence of conveyancing matters
• Producing detailed notes addressing title issues, key risk, and lender-specific requirements
• Working closely with a team of Property Support Lawyers to support with technical matters
• Driving consistency across multiple lanes

Previous Skills & Experience

• Extensive residential conveyancing experience, with a thorough knowledge of freehold and leasehold title issues
• Ability to identify risks early on and be able to communicate clearly to colleagues
• Be able to interpret titles, plans, leases, restrictions
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
• High level of attention to detail
• Professional, confident, and client-focused communication style
• Proactive, motivated, and commercially aware
