This Property Solicitor role in Leeds offers the opportunity to work on complex asset management matters within a growing managed legal services team. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, delivering commercially focused legal advice across a varied property portfolio.

Description

The Property Solicitor will be:

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of asset management documents including leases, licences and variations

Managing transactions such as lease grants, renewals, assignments and terminations

Dealing with the ongoing management of client property portfolios in line with regulatory and operational requirements

Working closely with client legal, estates and operational teams to deliver a seamless service

Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice aligned to client objectives

Managing a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor

Profile

The Property Solicitor should be:

A solicitor or equivalent with 0-3 years PQE

Experienced or interested in commercial property and asset management work

Commercially minded with strong attention to detail

Able to manage multiple matters and prioritise effectively

A confident communicator with strong client-facing skills

Job Offer
