Description

  • Manage and organise daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.

  • Maintain accurate records and update databases with relevant information.
  • Assist with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments as required.
  • Provide general support to team members in the secretarial and business support department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:
