Roofing Specialist (Surrey)
Fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated maintenance team on a permanent basis. You will inspect, repair, and maintain a variety of roof types, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Duties:
Inspect roof defects to determine and implement the most effective repair solutions and methods.
Repair and maintain flat, tiled, and slated roofs while carrying out minor carpentry and lead flashing work as required.
Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including HSG33, Building Regulations, and HSE Codes of Practice.
Conduct point-of-work risk assessments and manage tasks efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets.
What We're Looking For:
Must have over 3 years of trade experience, ideally within the housing repairs sector.
Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations or an equivalent qualification.
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to self-manage and prioritize a busy workload.
Valid UK driving licence and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
A DBS check will be required before starting the role.
