• Leading financial reporting and ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Strengthening financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks
• Enhancing audit processes and external stakeholder engagement
• Improving treasury operations and cash flow forecasting
• Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
• Supporting a 4-week period-end reporting cycle
• Leading, developing, and motivating a finance team - 4 direct reports
