Job Title: Facilities Assistant (Temporary cover)
Location: Stockley Park, Hillingdon, Greater London
Contract Type: Temporary, Full time (09:00 - 17:00)

Your Role:
As a Facilities Assistant, you will ensure that our facilities are in tip-top shape, enabling our teams to focus on what they do best. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with office setups for meetings and events.
• Assisting with incoming deliveries.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure that facilities are safe and compliant.
• Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Handling incoming requests from staff regarding facilities issues with a smile.
• Helping to create a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office spaces.

Who You Are:

• You have a knack for problem-solving and a positive attitude.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task like a pro.
• You have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
