Senior ESG Business Analyst - Python/SQL - Banking

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks-especially those governing ESG-is highly desirable given the project's focus on sustainability reporting. What you bring:

• Experience in business or systems analysis within banking or financial services environments is requisite for this position.
• A demonstrable track record in data analysis, modelling, database design including schema development and optimisation is required.
• You will have extensive experience in Python & SQL.
• A thorough understanding of both technical requirements (performance, security) as well as non-functional requirements (scalability) is necessary.
• Experience with interface specification and integration design including data mapping and flow design is highly valued.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with product owners, data engineers, QA professionals for successful project delivery is expected.
• Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as ESG reporting requirements is advantageous.
• Exposure to contemporary analytics platforms (Azure Data Factory/Databricks), external emissions/environmental data providers adds further value.
