We're Hiring - Manufacturing Operator I
Location: Perth
Pay Rate: 15.84 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Shifts: Early (06:00-14:30) / Late (13:30-22:00)
Contract: 12-month assignment
Overtime: Available

Are you hands-on, detail-focused and looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in manufacturing? We're currently recruiting Manufacturing Operators on behalf of our client to join a fast-paced, on-site production environment in Perth.

This is a great opportunity to build experience within a regulated manufacturing setting, working as part of a supportive team where quality, safety and continuous improvement are key.

Manually assembling components used within the medical industry
Following standard operating procedures and manufacturing drawings
Measuring and building products to customer specifications
Completing production documentation to GMP standards
Carrying out visual inspections of products to ensure quality
Working collaboratively within a production team in a cleanroom environment
Contributing to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic maths skills
Good verbal and written communication in English
Ability to follow instructions and carry out repetitive tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Competitive pay of 15.84 per hour
