Your new role

They are currently seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their busy and fast-paced Residential Property team. You will manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, from instruction through to completion. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development within a growing firm.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload
• Solid knowledge of both freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A strong client-focused approach, with great communication skills
• The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and collaborative team
