You'll join a team where Corporate Finance and complex advisory work sit alongside high-level statutory accounting - giving you exposure rarely offered at this level.Your new roleAs Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with both the Business Services Partners and the Corporate Finance Director, making this an exceptional entry point into the Corporate Finance world. You'll be involved in:

• Statutory accounts preparation for complex and multi-entity groups
• Consolidated reporting and technical accounting projects
• M&A support, due diligence and valuation work
• Strategic advisory assignments with direct client exposure
• Building and managing client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

If you're an ambitious ACA who wants to do more than churn out accounts, this role gives you the perfect platform to blend accounting expertise with hands-on deal and advisory experience.What you'll need to succeedYou will be:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (newly qualified to 2 years PQE)
• Excited by - or already dabbling in - corporate finance work
• Strong technically in statutory accounting and IFRS/FRS 102
• A natural communicator who enjoys working closely with clients
• Curious, commercial and driven to carve out a broader career
