This is a high-impact, revenue-owning leadership role, not a traditional buying position.
You'll take ownership of a major commercial pillar of the business, responsible for partnership and licensed collections delivering close to 50% of total revenue. This is about driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and owning the end-to-end commercial outcome.
We're looking for a commercially driven leader with proven experience across licensing, royalties, and wholesale. You know how to structure and negotiate deals that deliver, whilst protecting margin, driving uplifts, and building long-term, scalable partnerships.
You'll likely come from a buying background, with a sharp eye for trend and a track record of building tight, balanced, high-performing ranges. Just as importantly, you can flex between product, partner, and brand, aligning commercial opportunity with the vision of licensors, brands, and talent.
