• Full responsibility for a busy, customer-focused site

• Current Store Manager or strong Assistant ready to step up
• Background in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer-facing sales

• Commercial mindset with a focus on sales and results
• Someone who enjoys a hands-on, customer-first environment

• 35,000 basic + bonus (typically 2,500- 3,000)
• Bi-annual bonus scheme
