Are you an experienced, detail-driven Senior Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment where accuracy, discretion, and organisation really matter?

This is a high-visibility role supporting senior leadership within a respected, membership-led organisation based in the heart of the City.

In this role, you'll be the backbone of smooth operations - providing comprehensive executive support while playing a key part in membership administration, CRM accuracy, and office management.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, juggling diary management, meetings, travel, and briefing packs, while also supporting a structured annual membership cycle, onboarding new organisations, and ensuring first-class member service.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being genuinely relied upon.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing diaries, meetings, events, and travel for senior leadership
  • Preparing briefing packs and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Supporting membership renewals, onboarding, invoicing follow-ups, and CRM data accuracy
  • Acting as a key point of contact for member queries and internal coordination
  • Supporting AGMs, events, and occasional conferences
  • Overseeing day-to-day office administration and supplier relationships

What will set you apart:

  • Successful experience in a senior admin, PA, or membership-focused role
  • Impeccable organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, positive mindset and willingness to learn

What's on offer:

  • £38,500 salary
  • Annual bonus of up to 10%
  • 28 days holiday plus additional discretionary days
  • Generous 10% employer pension contribution
  • Private healthcare access and life insurance
  • Stable, professional working environment with long-term scope
