The Role
- Book appointments with key decision-makers
- Generate new leads through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Manage diaries, meetings and CRM records
- Organise CPD sessions, events and meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Track project activity and maintain a live specification pipeline
What We're Looking For
- Confident communicator with a positive, proactive attitude
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Experience in telesales, customer engagement or a fast-paced office environment
- Construction industry knowledge beneficial but not essential
