Description

The Paralegal will be:

• Assisting solicitors with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
• Managing files from instruction through to post-completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Preparing legal documentation and supporting exchange and completion
• Providing occasional support to other departments when required

Profile

The Paralegal should be:

• A paralegal with solid conveyancing experience
• Comfortable managing multiple files in a busy environment
• Confident dealing directly with clients
• Pro-active, organised and self-motivated
• Familiar with case management systems (Leap experience advantageous)
• Willing to assist occasionally with private client or reception duties
