A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE to join a highly regarded London real estate team. The role offers hands-on exposure to complex, high-value transactions and the opportunity to work closely with a recognised partner in the market.

The role sits within a well-regarded commercial property team led by a partner recognised for their work across investment, development, and asset management matters. The team operates in a collaborative way and works closely with colleagues in finance, corporate, and planning, providing associates with genuinely broad exposure.

Description

You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Investment acquisitions and disposals
  • Acting for institutional investors and corporate occupiers
  • Landlord and tenant matters including leasing and agreements for lease
  • Asset management of significant commercial property portfolios
  • Supporting on development projects and complex transactions

The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact, and the chance to take ownership of matters with appropriate partner support.

Profile

  • England and Wales qualified or Commonwealth Jurisdiction
  • 3-5 years' PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical ability and experience running matters with supervision
  • Commercial, proactive, and confident in dealing with clients
  • Keen to develop within a supportive, partner-led team
