Description
You will be involved in a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Investment acquisitions and disposals
- Acting for institutional investors and corporate occupiers
- Landlord and tenant matters including leasing and agreements for lease
- Asset management of significant commercial property portfolios
- Supporting on development projects and complex transactions
The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact, and the chance to take ownership of matters with appropriate partner support.
Profile
- England and Wales qualified or Commonwealth Jurisdiction
- 3-5 years' PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical ability and experience running matters with supervision
- Commercial, proactive, and confident in dealing with clients
- Keen to develop within a supportive, partner-led team
