We're looking for a high-energy, commercially driven Junior Account Manager to join a fun, vibrant and buzzing team within the events space. This is not a quiet, corporate environment - it's a place for people who enjoy conversation, momentum and seeing their work come to life.
You'll be generating new business through outbound activity across phone, email and LinkedIn, responding quickly to inbound enquiries, and managing customers from first contact through to delivery.
Working closely with warehouse, transport and marketing teams, you'll help deliver tailored furniture hire solutions while ensuring every client receives a smooth, positive experience.
This role suits someone who enjoys sales, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and brings enthusiasm into the room.
You'll be working towards clear targets, managing multiple opportunities at once, and building long-term relationships that drive repeat business - all within a supportive, social team that enjoys what it does.
Ideally, you'll have at least six months' experience in outbound sales or account management, strong communication and organisational skills, and a confident, self-motivated attitude.
CRM experience is helpful, and experience in events, rental or hospitality is a bonus - but energy, attitude and personality are just as important.
In return, you'll receive a £27,040 salary plus a generous commission structure of up to £10,000 when all bonuses are achieved (details available on enquiry).
Working hours are 08:30-17:30 or 09:00-18:00, within an environment that's social, rewarding and anything but boring.
