AJ Chambers are working with a renowned law firm based in Colchester and they are currently recruiting for a title checking, residential property lawyer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to move away from fee earning and client interaction.

You will be responsible for dealing with the first line of title investigation before handing the file over to the relevant conveyancer. You will be expected to provide the necessary facts for the lawyers in the team.

They have offices across Essex and Suffolk so location can be flexible and hybrid working is also an option.
