Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a comprehensive caseload in either residential or commercial property law.
- Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory standards.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
- Focus on delivering exceptional client service and building lasting business relationships.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the department through collaborative and individual efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential or commercial property law.
- Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance in property law.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet performance targets.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic about professional development and skill enhancement.
