Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Location: Flexible (Kingsbridge, Plymouth, Bristol) with hybrid working
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage a comprehensive caseload in either residential or commercial property law.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional client service and building lasting business relationships.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department through collaborative and individual efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential or commercial property law.
  • Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance in property law.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic about professional development and skill enhancement.
