Reed Business Support are on the lookout for a highly organised Administration Manager who encompasses a proactive and personable approach who will be the trusted right-hand person to the HR & Operations Director, playing a key role in the smooth running of a growing business. This is a hands-on, influential position where communication, initiative and trust are essential.
You'll lead the central admin function and play a key liaison between internal colleagues, clients and the senior leadership team, and confidently manage deadlines and challenging situations. This role suits someone who can hit the ground running, think ahead, and isn't afraid to challenge ideas constructively.

Key tasks
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and client relationships
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Support senior management with reports, correspondence, and scheduling
- Handle all booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or reservations efficiently
- Maintain and update booking systems and calendars
- Confirm bookings and follow up with clients/customers
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding bookings
- Provide accurate information about services, availability, and pricing
- Handle complaints or issues professionally and promptly
- Supervise administrative staff
- Coordinate schedules across departments or teams
- Ensure communication flows smoothly between staff and clients
- Prepare regular reports on bookings, cancellations, and occupancy/utilization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in improving administrative and booking processes
- Work alongside the Director of Operations and HR
- Some book-keeping - not great detail - using Xero software - full training provided
