Job Description
Reed Education North Wales are working with a Secondary school in Flint, we are recruiting for a Geography Teacher on a full time basis to teach Geography to key stage 3 and 4. This role is to start April 2024 and is to cover a short term staff absence. I am keen to hear from Geography Teachers who have a passion for Geography and be committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for students.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Geography education, incorporating new techniques and technologies into teaching practice where appropriate.
Foster a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression
Requirements:
Qualified teacher status (QTS), (ECT) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching Geography to students of all ages and abilities
Enhanced DBS (this can be processed though Reed)
EWC membership
Rights to work in the UK
