Role and Responsibilities While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Creating and compiling client quotes for a large portfolio of clients Reviewing and converting reports from engineers to inform and create client quotes Utisiling costing sheets to support work done on quotations to ensure accuracy Conducting proactive and detailed research into costs for equipment and materials Providing a overview on the levels of risk associated with any given job Consulting with the engineering team to double check and ensure that all quote provided are accurate and use all the information given Issuing quotes to clients within the business SLA with 5 working days What You Will Need To Apply: To be considered for this role applicants must have experience within a comparable role and possess the technical know-how and understanding from the HVAC industry. Applicants should have fantastic communication skills, both in written and verbal forms in order to communicate important information between teams and the clients regarding quotes. Strong computer skills are also expected, including Microsoft Office and any additional relevant software packages. The ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment as well as being analytical and having good attention to detail are highly coveted attributes. What You Will Get In Return: As the successful candidate within this role, a starting salary of up to £40,000 depending on relevant experience is on offer.
