BMS SALES ESTIMATOR- HVAC CONTROL SYSTEMS We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established business who specialise in Building Energy Management control solutions. The company are part of a highly successful group who are highly regarded as market leaders in the energy sector. As a result of continued growth and investment, they now require a BMS Sales Estimator to join their established team near Stockport. We are keen to speak with candidates who demonstrate a proven background in BMS and ideally, sound knowledge of Trend systems. JOB DESCRIPTION Generation of initial plant schematics Generation of system I/O point schedules Estimation, quote and costing of loose controls equipment, control panel design, system wiring installation etc. Preparation and submission of final proposal to customer Follow up on sales enquiries and develop new customer enquires Provide customer technical support Quote new business Build and maintain Customer relationships PERSON SPECIFICATION Proven background in BMS / BEMS in a similar role e.g. Sales Estimator or Sales Engineer Excellent communication and relationship management skills Knowledge of Trend systems or similar Possesses technical skills to understand design, install, commission, BMS control systems, working to the highest safety and quality standards Knowledge of energy efficiency processes and practices, the energy market, and our business, products, and services. Ability to work flexibly to meet customer requirements. Full driving licence and flexible attitude to travel.
